This class aims to build future leaders with character by focusing on specific qualities needed for success and godliness. Character formation begins from a young age, and these lessons promote timeless values that transcend social and cultural differences.
A new character quality will be introduced each week along with a particular animal whose story demonstrates that quality. The concept will then be reinforced through a variety of activities such as: coloring pages, songs, poems, and interactive exercises and recitations.
Sylvia has a BA in French from Cal State Fullerton and has lived in Paris for nearly two years through a study abroad program. She has completed three semesters of graduate studies at the Sorbonne University and was actively involved in a small missional church while living in France. She has been married for 17 years and homeschools her two children who are loving BVC Co-op! She enjoys learning right along with her children and spending time with her family.
