Youth Bible Drill
What better way to hide God’s word in our hearts than by playing games and competing with friends?
In this fun and exciting class, we will play games and do activities with the purpose of hiding God’s word in our hearts. Students will become proficient at handling their Bibles with the goal of finding any book, passage, or verse in under 8 seconds. Youth Bible Drill consists of five types of drills: Book Drill, Scripture Searching Drill, Identifying Verses Drill, Doctrinal Verses Drill, and Bible Answers Drill. We have an official list of 30 verses with which we will be working to recognize, memorize, and/or locate in our Bibles. Join us for some fast-paced, faith-building, fun!
We will be using the King James Version during class and will follow Lifeway’s Green Cycle for our selected verses. Please see texasbaptists.org and sbtexas.com for more information about this awesome program.
