Genghis Khan. Alexander the Great. Xerxes. Julius Caesar. Napoleon Bonaparte. Men who are both famous and infamous with names that ring throughout history. These men and their empires conquered all they could see and, in some cases, places they had only heard of. They are responsible for the world we know today but what about the men themselves? What do we know about their lives that lead to their desire to subjugate those around them? In this class, we will dive into the lives of some of the most famous conquerors as the pillage, burn, or even negotiate their way across the world. In some cases, they won’t stop until the world bows before them. In others, they will fall in some of history’s most famous battles where men said “No more.” Come along with us as we learn to see these men as more than conquerors .

Class Description
I attended college at Howard Payne University with a degree in Biology and then Baylor College of Dentistry for my DDS. I practice in Groesbeck, TX. I am also the head football coach for Texas Wind Football. This will be our 10th year of homeschool. I have taught college-level Anatomy and Physiology and been a guest lecturer for college classes as well. I have a love for history and the stories of the human experiences of those involved in the most intense forms of it.
