There’s soft pillowy sandwich bread, homemade tortillas, crispy chewy pizza dough, pretzels, challah, bagels, and cinnamon rolls, just to name a few. In this class, we are going to explore all the how-to’s of making these and other delicious breads. We’ll be learning how to measure ingredients, proof dough, shape it, and many other secrets to take your homemade bread to the next level of scrumptious. This will be a fun and yummy time for all!
