Student Contract Please read through this contract with your mom or dad and sign at the bottom. q I agree to be respectful towards my teachers and fellow students by abiding by the rules in every class and during lunchtime. I realize that failure to do so could result in being removed from co-op. q I agree to complete all assignments given to me by my teachers. If I don’t understand, I will ask for help. q I agree to come to class prepared with pens, pencils, paper and whatever else my teachers ask me to have. q I understand that it is my responsibility to contact my teachers when I am absent and complete missed assignments in a timely manner. q I agree to dress modestly and appropriately by not wearing clothing that is too tight, that reveals belly buttons or bare shoulders or t-shirts with inappropriate messages or graphics. q I agree to practice self-control. I will not run in the halls or use a loud voice. I will respect others’ property and do my share to maintain the facility. q I agree not to use any personal electronic devices during class time (including study hall).
