Class Description:  This class will introduce students to basic Sign Language skills through games, music, and other fun activities. Students will learn basic signing skills as well as different aspects of deaf culture and what we can do to support the Deaf community.

Teacher Information: I have homeschooled my children for 2 years. I grew up in the Houston area and have been in Waco for 3 years. I started learning to sign in Elementary school, and continued to learn in High School after the State of Texas approved American Sign Language as a foreign language. I have a degree in Sign Language Interpreting from Houston Community College, and worked in the school system for 2 years as an Interpreter.
