Class Description:  Join our class if you like to cook or want to learn to cook. This year we will feature a special ingredient each month. Each week we will make a different recipe using that ingredient. Of course, the best part is always getting to taste the finished dish. Our first special ingredient will be apples. Some of our apple recipe's include granola apple cobbler and waldorf salad. Another ingredient will be chocolate. How does a chocolate waffle or a gooey brownie cookie sound? Want to know what else we have cooking? Then sign up for our class.

Teacher Information:
Cecile Crumpler is the mother of 3 children and grandmother of 13. She relocated to Waco to be closer to her children after retiring from teaching elementary school for 30 years. She has a Bachelor's and a Master's in Elementary Education. She has been baking professionally for over 20 years and specializes in decorated cakes and cookies. One of her favorite activities is  teaching her grandchildren how to bake. She is excited to share with the students some of her cooking tips that she has acquired over the years. She will be co-teaching this class with her daughter, Cindi Daniels. Cindi Daniels is the mother of 8 and has been homeschooling for 10 years. She has a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Over the years, she has taught different ages at swimming lessons, mother's day out programs and Sunday School. She really enjoys using the unit study approach in teaching her own children. This will be our fourth year teaching at the co-op
